Printful uses direct-to-garment printing technology with high-quality inks that won't fade for a long time if taken care of properly. 

Suggested Care Instructions

• Machine wash cold inside out on a gentle cycle with a mild detergent and like colors.
• Use non-chlorine bleach only when necessary
• Using fabric softeners or dry cleaning is NOT recommended
• Hang-dry is highly recommended, but you may also tumble-dry on a low cycle
• Cool iron inside-out. DON'T iron the print

Embroidered Hats

Suggested Care Instructions

• Spot clean with a damp cloth
• If necessary, can be hand-washed cold. DON'T use brushes
• DON'T machine wash, bleach, tumble-dry, iron or dry clean

Mugs

Mugs are microwave and dishwasher safe but the print and coating will last longer if hand-washed. 

Phone Cases

Suggested Care Instructions

• Remove case from the phone to clean
• Add mile soap to water and dampen a cloth or sponge, rub your case gently in circles
• Air-dry at room temperature
• DON'T clean with an alcohol-based cleaner because it can remove the ink and discolor the case

Engraved Necklaces

Suggested Care Instructions

• DON'T wear while showering, swimming, washing dishes, applying perfume or doing sports
• After wearing, it's recommended that you wipe it with a non-abrasive jewelry polishing cloth to remove dirt and tarnish
• To fully remove tarnish and any stains, use silver or jewelry polish and follow instructions on the polish bottle (use gloves when working with silver polish)
• Store in the box you received it in
