     Snowy Sunflower is a woman-owned small business. In fact, it's a one-woman operation. Before I started Snowy Sunflower, I was Shiela's Crochet Haven on Etsy.  

     My focus has moved beyond crochet. I’m still figuring things out. I have lots of ideas for things I want to make. I love sublimation, and I am discovering I really like combining cardstock and HTV. I am also moving into resin casting.

In addition to this site, I also maintain a shop on Etsy under the same name. I have more handmade products in my Etsy shop than what I have listed here. There is some product overlap; however, I kept all my crochet goods on Etsy because I haven’t found a good way to list the same inventory on multiple sites, and I am not planning on making any more crochet items. I have commercial license to use designs sourced from SoFontsy and Design Bundles. I also uses Cricut Design Space and Sawgrass Creative Studios. Some designs are created with the assistance of AI. 

Production and shipping of t-shirts and hoodies is primarily executed through print on-demand (POD) services by Printful. However, any items listed as handmade are completed and shipped by me.

I offer free shipping for all products. 

Because of the expense associated with POD, I do not accept returns or exchanges; however, I encourage you to contact me if there are any issues with your order so that we can figure out an appropriate resolution.
